We request your agreement to the following terms for all Exhibitions conducted through our platform:

Daily Collection Report (DCR):
The cinema shall share the complete DCR for each show within 24 hours of the show’s completion.
Revenue Remittance:
The cinema shall remit Time Entech UK Ltd’s share of revenue within seven (7) days of the show date, after deducting applicable Withholding Tax (WHT), if any.
Show Cancellations:
Any cancellation of a scheduled show must be communicated with reasons.
Compliance:
Any Local Taxes and Statutory Compliance will be Cinema Owners responsibility.

All DCRs, revenue confirmations, and cancellation intimations must be sent to info@blackboxbytime.com.
